These terms apply to newriverdays.pages.dev, the New River Days newsletter, and anything you submit to us. New River Days is run by New River Digital, Jacksonville, NC. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Event information
We gather event details from organizers and public sources and check them before we publish. Events still change, sell out, or get cancelled, so confirm with the organizer before you go. The guide is provided "as is," and we're not responsible for any event, venue, or organizer, or for anything that happens at an event.
Not an official source
New River Days is an independent local publication. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Marine Corps, Camp Lejeune, MCAS New River, the Department of Defense, or any city, town, or county government. Names of bases and agencies are used only to describe locations and audiences.
Submitting an event
- Listings are free. You must have the right to share what you send, and it must be accurate.
- You give us permission to publish, edit for length and clarity, and share your listing on the site, in the newsletter, and in posts that promote New River Days.
- We may decline or remove any submission, including anything false, unlawful, hateful, adult, or misleading.
Featured listings and sponsorships
- Paid placements are clearly labeled "Featured" or "Sponsored." Paying never changes what we say in our own recommendations.
- Price, dates, and placement are what we confirm with you in writing before you pay.
- We review all paid content and may refuse any of it. If we can't run a placement you paid for, we'll refund you in full.
- You may cancel for a full refund before your placement goes live. After it goes live, it isn't refundable.
- Your ad must be truthful and lawful, and you're responsible for its content and for any offer in it. We don't guarantee clicks, sales, or attendance.
Our content
The site design, text, logo, and illustrations belong to New River Digital. Photos are credited on the site and used under their own licenses. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Please don't copy the guide as a whole.
Links to other sites
We link to organizers, maps, and other sites we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, New River Digital isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or newsletter. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Onslow County, NC.
